Life is difficult
2013-08-22 - Category: self-helpGah, life is difficult. But it can be easier if you sit down and think about
what works and what doesn't work, along with all the good advice that people in
your life have given you and all the good ideas you've gleaned from the plethora
of self-help stuff you can find on the Web. Write it out, along with a couple of
"things to do and things to not do" lists. It's easy to get into unhealthy ruts,
but with practice you can get into healthy ruts I think. ;-p
